The way I understand it and have seen from my own chitika earnings, your ads only show to site visitors arriving at your site via search and only to those whose IP address is based in the US or Canada, it's a shame it doesn't include other countries but these are big markets so no big deal
the internet advertiser value for usa and canada traffic only some time they do not care for uk traffic too.

Premium Ads are shown just for "Search Engine" visitors from "US/Canada". For others, it'll just collapse to nothing or show a cheap CPM ad, based on what you chose during the ad setup. It's always better to fill in the "Alternate Ad" URL with an adcode like adsense's
