ChipandChat.com - Custom Design Golf Forum & PR2!

Hey Guys.

I'm looking for another quick sale. ChipandChat.com is a golf forum which has been online since August 2006. It was started by myself and 2 other partners: one designer and one "content maker". The site has therefore got a custom skin which looks pretty cool and modern. And the site has a Pagerank of 2 (check here).

The forum uses phpBB and has over 2000 users but I'm not sure how many of these are genuine and how many are SPAM. The forum has been neglected and is in need of some TLC to get it back up on its feet again (and needs a bit of a cleanout).

In terms of revenue, there is an Adsense link unit which doesn't make that much at all, both traffic and revenue are thus very minimal - but again this can be increased with some regular posting.

The domain was registered with Namecheap (so free push there) and expires on 1st August 2007.

Lol I know - I'm pretty poor with the old MySQL stuff and phpBB isn't very good with deleting spammers and deleting posts takes ages - first and last time I'll be using phpBB as forum software.

The prunage would just take too long - I'll leave that to the new owner who can easily wipe the whole database of posts if that was easier.

Xowi - I havn't got the .psd file as the partner in the site had access to the server and so sliced up his own .psd file and uploaded the smaller images. I will ask him for it though.

Here's a graph of the stats. As you can see, traffic really is minimal, and the spike at the end is from this auction, as the stats are in real time.
