Buying Chinese/Japanase -> English translator & Create subtitles

    I need a person ASAP who can read Chinese or understand Japanese audio and can create English subtitles from that.
    The subtitles must be properly timed according to the audio and in .SRT or .ASS (Alpha Sub station) format.
    The movie is 1 hour 30 mins long. I can link you to the download or online stream.
    Need ASAP! GOOD PAY!! URGENT!!
