Chinese/Iran Proxy Traffic

    How do people manage to get traffic from china and iran, i do no that adsense does pay less but im just curious how they manage to do this thanks

    I just posted on Proxy list scripts, google and yahoo groups and Alexa stats claim 76% of visitors are from Iran just from that.
