For sale is a professional Chinese/English translation site. It has been completely custom coded with it's own quotation system and invoice generator. This is a professional translation site, not an automatic one, and as such I have lined up a team of about 20 native Chinese translators, all University educated and ready to go. I have agreed pay rates with them that they are all happy with (I will PM you thee if you want to know, but I don't really want to discuss them in public for obvious reasons).

Here's how it works:
Customer gets a quote using our custom automated system. The customer is then displayed the quote on screen (numbers can easily be changed if you want to change the pricing), and an email containing the quote is also sent. Please feel free to try this out on the site, but make sure to reference that it is a test in the form. After the email has been sent, a separate email is automatically sent to the sites email account. At this point the customer accepts or declines and replies accordingly. The text for translation is already automatically uploaded when the quote form is handed in (there is spam protection and a captcha on this feature, as well as all the contact features). text is then forwarded to any of the translators and sent back, at which point payment is made on delivery via paypal invoicing.

The site looks great (i think anyway) and is ready to get going for whoever wants to take it on. It has been a bit of a labor of love for me but unexpectedly I am leaving the country at the end of this month and really can't have it on my hands whilst traveling as I will be away for a long while.

I must stress at this point that the site has had no off page optimization. I have literally just finished making it and have done no more. Hence gets no real traffic but the keywords are not too competitive and Google adwords (sponsored search not content) can provide about 40clicks a day on highly targeted and 100% relevant keywords.

I am sure the potential to turn this into a viable business is huge especially with China going the way it is. There are countless companies out there wanting manuals, professional documents and academic works translated so I am sure this could be a great success. the real beauty though, lies in the considerably cheaper labor costs in China, making this site a lot more profitable than any translation site focusing on Spanish, French, German etc...

So in Summary, the site is ready to go, has completely custom automated scripting, is sure to fit into a huge potential market and comes with translators ready and eager to work. You can view the prices on my site, and without wanting to divulge too much on what the translators will be paid, the percentage profit will be about 80%. If you want to run this site... great. If you want to take it on, get some traffic and sell it on... great. there are a lot of options here, but there is definitely potential for a profitable and viable business.
