Buying Chinese Chess Game Development

    Hello,

    I am looking for experienced programmers to program out a " Chinese Chess" game. ( With AI Features with easy, normal, hard difficulty).

    I would prefered programmers to have played chinese chess b4 and know all the existing rules and moves.

    Technology Required
    - Flash
    - Php
    - MySQL

    OR if you have better technology in mind, please advise.
