SEATTLE - Chinese President Hu Jintao arrived in the Seattle area Tuesday to meet with business leaders eager for a bigger share of China’s markets before he heads to Washington for talks with politicians wary of his nation’s muscular stance in trade, energy and currency policy. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12372792/ ______________________________ Microsoft has very good relations with China. Bill Gates helped China to create the governmentfilter on the chinese internet. Not because I have anything against Micro$oft. I think that the company can work as a bridge for peaceful relations between US and China.
I read about Hu Jintao having dinner at the home of Bill Gates. You know, this is just more evidence that the things I talk about are true. All these rich powerful people are in bed together, can you and be rest assured that they are not friends of the rest of us. I can't agree. Microsoft will help China undermine the US and itself. Because the PRC has very few intellectual property laws, they are going to turn against Microsoft once they've got access to all their important technology. It won't be too long before a Chinese or Indian company develops their own OS. Taiwan is already building the Acer brand computers, and they are gaining ground quickly.
Can you explain how those statements fits together? A lots of asian companies has already produced some linux based OS. The PRoC have plans to develop an own OS. I can digg up some stories about that if you are interested.
I'm reading a book right now called the Chinese Century. It talks about how China is rising to become the next superpower, and how they are going about it. American companies that choose to outsource to China must first agree to technology transfer agreements with the PRC government. These companies must also setup research and development centers which employ local Chinese scientists/engineers. Eventually, once the Chinese gets enough American technology, they will start building their own cars, computers, and electronics, much like Japan. They will turn around and begin using their products to compete with American companies, both locally and internationally. The problem is, much like the Japanese car industry, they will sell their products in countries like the US while placing restrictions on allowing American products to be sold in their own company. I'm still reading the book, but to make a long story short, the Chinese don't care much for American products, much like the Japanese. Chinese citizens will buy from Chinese companies before they buy from American companies. In the short term, Microsoft will win, but in the long term, they are guaranteed to lose.
