So, it's kind of liberty and justice for all except if you're chinese (you can't buy US companies), Hindu (because of this), Brasilian (because of that), etc...??

Well...before...it was liberty and justice for all except if black, handicap, pregnant women, foreigner, jews, etc...

US companies can't have a majority stake in chinese companies either. Thats a totally fallacious argument. Liberty and justice for all refers to individual rights, not the rights of corporations. Even then, it obviously only refers to the rights of US citizens - unless you want to consider the rest of the world not sovereign, the US has no real jurisdiction there

Not only that, but Yahoo is bigger and has more money than Baidu anyways.

    Baidu Market Capitalization $8.27B
    Yahoo Market Capitalization $38.38B

Yahoo is about 5 times bigger than Baidu in terms of market capitalization.

I think in fact Alibaba bought yahoo China, :)
Baidu is not strong enough to buy yahoo and I think M$ is better for such trading, :)

Yahoo will be bought over by Microsoft sooner or later. And it will be good for the end users as the fight between Microsoft & Google will intensify.

There was a special on the discovery channel about the battle between MS IE and Netscape back in the day. This is going to be round 2 MS vs Google!

    As given above

    Baidu Market Capitalization $8.27B
    Yahoo Market Capitalization $38.38B

Yahoo is far bigger than Baidu, this is not possible.
