China And Japan!

I have resently noticed something in my stats. The fact that all refering people to my site come from China and Japan (Such as http://www.miss8.com/other/3/2005-5-17/2005517027464097.htm) Out of 2000 Unique hits from Referals 95% is from asia, why would this be? I have not maketed to Asia or anything...

 

What is your site about ?

That can be a reason for this traffic.

It could be that your server is being used as a proxy.

But why dpes Asia places only say it? Why not any US or what not..

 

Let me clear things up for you.
That site is Chinese.

Chinese & Japanese characters don not always mean the same thing but by the link you gave
I think your site is listed in maybe foreign services or something like that.

 

Olney, I have around 40 other people from Japan that link to me, aswell as the china one's.

After looking at your signiture 5 gigs is large enough for people to comment about it on Free service sites, CGI, & PHP sites though.

Also there are a few very large networks of BBSs string together by different URLS...
