    Or you can be like that beachbum guy who is a millionaire (being sarcastic but you get the point).

    Education is a factor, however, it is not a big one. It all depends on how smart and motivated a person is.

    The rent in those countries is also $100-$200 a month.

    The standard of living in America is going to cost you a lot more.

    As inflation and consumer prices jump leaps and bounds, wage increases crawl.

    The low and middle class in America is going to be obliterated.

    This is not about religion, it's about some poor 10 year old girl who got raped, physically and mentally abused.

    It doesn't matter what culture/religion it is, child cruelty should be stopped. Period.

    well, this does have to do a little on the religion. religions influence cultures and cultures influence religions. the christianity that is practiced in the east is not the same as the one practiced in the west. the basic tenant of the belief is constant but in terms of laws and regulations one culture puts more emphasis than others.

    also, according to islam, there is no minimum age of marriage. the prophet mohammad (pbuh) even married Aysha when she was 6. In reality, even marriage with 1-year-old is permitted in Islam.

    anyways, i do agree wit u dat this kind of cruelty has to be eliminated.

    you are very right.. pardon me if i offend you but i think raping a 10yr old girl just because she's been given to you is just an act of insanity.. how could a mother give out her 10 yr old kid to be married to a 30yr old man?..well, this sounds abnormal to me.:confused:
