That's what I like about clickbank, so many diverse products.

I'm always on the lookout for stuff like this but as per usual I missed it, might give it a go though!

I had given a shot to this product by article marketing but unfortunately not able to generate sale after 1000 hops.
May be I am missing some thing.

Maybe your promoting the wrong keywords.

    On my www.poultrypages.com i get 25k uniques, i was expecting 10-20 sales a month but i get 1-3.

I get around 3-400 click throughs a month and sell 1-3 books,

Congrats on getting so much traffic.

I think that you really need to push the product more on the page. Remove the adsense, and recommend the chicken coop product on each page, that will increase your CTR to the hoplink drastically, and you'll make much more sales.

Yeh i may try it for a month and see what happens.

I bought the site with around 10k uv and 30kpv now its more like 25uv and 60kpv which is good.

This is the biggest site i have making $125-150 a month in adsense, so would be risky for me to kick adsense off completely

That Adsense figure per month is paltry (no pun intended!). There's really no risk of you changing the layout.

If that was a per day figure then I'd agree with you but at a per month value, you'll probably make more with Clickbank.

It's definitely a good niche to try. But being the summer, the sales could be low for chicken coops.

Or, it being the summer people might want to try out new hobbies more.
Anyone considered offline marketing with this one-placing ads at vet clinics, hardware stores and whatnot.

Oh man, you need to monitize you site properly. Get rid of the adsense and do something like this guy.

    http://www.chickencoopplansblog.com/

If you're getting that kind of targeted traffic, you should be making a killing. $200-$300 a day is not unrealistic.

I promoted heavily in this niche for quite a while and it's just perfect. These people are do-it-yourselfers so they are can't wait to buy a product like this. You already have the traffic, use your website to nudge them along. You're sitting on an easy 10 sales a day!

If not, I'll give you six months earnings for your site if you can provide proof of traffic.

    Thanks for the kind words.

The problem is it's not actually 'targetted' although its all directly related. Most our traffic comes from 'Chicken Breeds' rather than targetted phrases such as 'build a chicken coop' but still should make a sale a day.

i'm going to redesign the site over the next week or so aiming for one sale every other day.

No point selling for 15 months as i've already been offered 12 months and i'm not interested, its hard to find sites that are consistent like this.

The website looks great .. Thing is lots of people are looking for new opportunities and that is one of them...

The product in fact is quite cheap/affordable as well :)

--> Check out these keyword with Google Adwords keyword tool/SEO book/Wordtracker and some of the other tools (this site gets tons of organic traffic)

    --> According to alexa.com --> http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/http://www.buildingachickencoop.com/

    ;)

I am very confused also on how this vendor has such a high gravity, it must be because he has a nice affiliate list
