    Standard delivery takes time and it is so unpredictable specially in here India.
    I lost mine once, thankfully got it refunded into my account it takes about 3-4months to get your refunds back, sep/oct cheque which I lost, it was added for this months payment.

    If you got eligible to recieve checque dont worry , then you will surely get it , they may sometime take time , but they not scam you
