Cheque in the name of ??

I have asked for the cheque.

Business Name: Global Markertings

I will recieve cheque in the name of Global Markertings or Gaurav Agarwal ?

How to cancel it if its in the name of Gaurav Agarwal ?

I want cheque in the name Global Markertings as Gaurav Agarwal was my employee and he left me long back.

 

Have a look to this cheque withdrawal policy from Paypal:

The name entered below must match the name on the bank account to which the check will be deposited. If the names do not match, the check may not be able to be deposited. Also, unlike other checks, these checks cannot be stopped. Please be sure to confirm that the name and the address you enter are correct.

Yeah same problem i faced when i was withdrawal through check .. i added different name (First name) in check but they did not shown me that name ..

So i just canceled that check via contacting them (Email) ..and they will deduct $15 from our withdrawal money because of canceled charge.

They are saying : We can't see what name you have mentioned in that check ..i gave him all transaction details ...what the hell ..

Yeah i said them that my name is khan and i m not a terrorist ..they said ..we can't change your last name ..

 

guys even i entered a diffrent first name as my mom has an account in SBI which is faster than my bank of baroda will i get it in my name or other name ?

yes I think PayPal cheque should come as your Business Name if it's Business account.

 

Yeah i did same thing ..but after seen the transaction details ..i canceled that check .. ..

 

they re issued the check or added $$ to account back ?

 

No still pending ...

They said : We can't see what name you have filled in that check ..even i gave them all transaction details.
