Watching Glee last night I found myself asking again why, when the school has no uniform, the cheerleaders are always portrayed in their uniforms. My daughter does cheerleading through a club rather than school but she only pulls her uniform out for competition. Obviously the uniforms show off their bodies but, in the real world, do American girls really wear their cheer uniforms to school?
