    I can't find free freelancing script but you can have a look here http://codecanyon.net/item/freelancer-pro-responsive/5004402 its probably the most cheapest script which got paypal integration.

    If you want to do something successful then don't get a clone. Just do something new. Eventhough it takes time and effort or investment, but it is the best way to get unique script for you.

    Check out themeforest or codecanyon, there's a few in there around the $49 mark
