I have quite a successful store operating Interspire Shopping cart. However, the checkout process has proved unreliable at times. When people try to pay using PayPal, a blank screen sometimes comes up. Ive probably lost around £30 a day in sales because of it. The system records the order as incomplete with a payment error. I have a valid SSL certificate compatible with the shopping cart so thats not the problem. can anyone help me out? thanks
Did you try contacting Interspire's support team? I'm sure they could help you with resolving this issue. Overall, I'd suggest checking server logs to see if any related errors occur. You could also insert some debug code into the checkout script in order to track related data. However, it's quite hard to be more detailed since I'm not familiar with Interspire's internal structure.
They should be available via FTP or control panel of a hosting provider. I'd advice to ask them directly since they should be able to provide you with exact details, otherwise it's hard to give step-by-step instructions from here.
