Checkout My Affiliate Page -Room for Improvement? Need Constructive Criticism

Hey guys, well I have been working hard on a product of mine and I am trying to provide the best quality and most quantity tools and resources for Affiliates ever recorded on Clickbank.

Now its not about having the most to me, but having enough choice for the Affiliate, I think its important to give the affiliate flexibility and make their job as easy and simple as possible.

Thats why I have been concentrating very hard on increasing the amount of affiliate resources on my product affiliate page.

I would like you to take a look and tell me what else I could add; this is not about advertising my aff page or anything else other than what I am asking here.

I just want constructive criticism, if you think I could add some more health related links to certain websites, some more text, less text, longer page, shorter page, more banners, less banners, a picture of a naked girl with my product name on her bra, whatever just tell me.

    Here is the page;

    Affiliate Page

Just for future reference, we are creating a blueprint guide for how to make a sale with our product which will also be provided on the affiliate page. It should be done in a couple of days.

    Anyways, yeah feedback, criticisms?

    Thanks by the way.

Wholly cow. Thats enough material to rival a turn key website. I wasn't interested in the niche but all the work you have done for the affiliates makes me really consider giving it a try. Since your asking, how about a five page mini site template with footers ready for tracking codes and all the call to action buttons do a php redirect that all I have to do is put my aff link in. I would like to open each component in dreamweaver and just make the changes.

As for providing affiliates with the necessary tools to promote your product, the site is great. I think you have everything covered.

    Suggestions for your site:

    1. You need to go back and correct the punctuation/writing errors. You have tons of places where you are using commas instead of a period and starting a new sentence. For example:
"People are desperate for a solution, this is a great oppoortunity for you, start promoting this product and make money."

    2. I would remove your Tip of the Day. It does not provide any value.

    3. I think the site is way way too long. It takes a lot of time to load, and the long page makes it very difficult to navigate. I would put up a regular menu or end your page after those silver buttons. Ie. Code & link, product details etc. Oh, and why not make those change colors on the mouseover or something so that people know to click them to visit that part of the page. Personally, I would get rid of them to speed the page load up and use a different nav menu on top or the side.

    4. I think most affiliates are using the the cloak link function on CB. I would do the same. I've seen other affiliate sites doing it so it is possible.

    5. Did you really test those ppc ads? No offense, but I don't think you did. Unless you can back up what you say, don't say it:)) The reason I am suggesting this is because this goes toward your "credibility". That is something every marketer cherishes and does not want to lose. You worked your tail off putting a great site up so don't blow it because you are telling people you did something that you didn't. Not only that, but those ads need a lot of work/changes.

Guess that is enough for now.:))
You really have a great affiliate site there.!!! Best of luck and I hope my suggestions help.

Willyboy - Wow! i must say I have never seen such an elaborate affiliate resource page.

Zeekstern - +rep for a great review. You make some very good points. I too was wondering if those ppc ads were really tested. I was thinking, "If these were tested, and they worked, then why isn't he just using them himself?"

Thanks guys very much and thank you very very much Zeek for your great review.

I am going to change the colour of the buttons and either make them change colour on mouseover or change the gradient of them.

The page is long but I have not had much of a problem loading it, it doesn't seem to take that long for me and I believe affiliates wont mind that much if it takes a second or so more. If I do start getting complaints however that it takes ages to load then I will definitely look in to it.

The punctuation is definitely DEFINITELY something I need to look at. I didn't write the whole page myself, my partner did. Big mistake, his punctuation is not as good as my own so I shall be going through this soon, personally it annoys me to hell when I find lots of mistakes in both sales copy and affiliate pages, so thank you for that.

I also agree with the tip of the day, I am considering making it a javascript which changes each day but adding something useful in there, a useful tip obviously but I am not sure yet.

As for the PPC ads I have been testing them some are doing "OK" and others are doing terrible, I just have not yet got around to adding any 100% winners on there yet. I shall correct this today, as I totally agree with what you said about reputation.

I want my reputation from this product to be that I provide both quality and quantity for my affiliates and that they are the most important part of my campaign as they are the ones providing the traffic and sales.

Anyways, thank you so much guys. Hope to hear more of others too.

    Thanks Fireboat and Willyboy104.!!

Oh, and willyboy, not to keep up harping on anything but..:)
The internet connection I was using when I first checked out your site, sucks, to be honest. I was using Direct satellite connection which is not as fast as dial up:))

I tried again on a dsl and it was much better. However, I still feel that navigation on your site is a problem. As an affiliate, I would much prefer to be able to always have the ability to easily go to any part of your site instead of being forced to scroll down your entire site to find what I am looking for.

And, I am very glad you have/are testing those ads!! You won't have anything to worry about as far as your rep goes.;)

Thanks again Zeek, yeah I thought it might of been your connection because on mine it seems fine and mine is just standard in most countries now.

As for the navigation I see your point so I am going to/I am changing the colours of the navigation buttons to a darker colour so people realise they are working buttons. If affiliates click those buttons they are sent to the certain part of the page which obviously means they don't have to scroll down.

I have changed the text in the aff page and took away the tip of the day and reworded it as well as checked all of the punctuation.

I will be uploading the new one soon, just currently working on our third sales copy for split testing.

    Thanks everyone

OMG, you must be rewarded. This is awesome affiliate help. You are just pushing any one here to become your affiliate.
This is awesome, never seen somebody giving so much to affiliates apart from commission.

Don't want to piss on your fire here man, but from my experience, it's not the affiliate page that counts - it's the conversion :) You get good conversions, you get affiliates.

I have to say, I'm super impressed. I sent your link to a few friends.

Have you considered making an iPhone "Migraine Help Tip of the Day"? It can be done inexpensively and it can get you thousands of downloads on iTunes plus hundreds of one way links to your main site including one from Apple.com.

Let me know if you are interested.
