hello all, where is the best websites to check good true detailed stats on a website, pr, backlinks, traffic est. value etc.. there are so many crappy ones out there..i swear are just made to earn adsense with giving fake information.. I hope Im in the right category for asking this question.. anyone can help I would appreciate it..
If you want a decent report on competitors' websites you'll have to go with paid tools. You can try moz.org, majesticseo, etc...
For website analysis you can use Woorank, for the backlinks you can use free and paid tools depending on your needs, and for traffic purposes Google Analytics is the best tool for me.
Well, I think you should try using WebMeup, Majestic SEO, or ahrefs all of them are best. If I talk about myself I mostly used Webmeup and majestic SEO. These tool are somewhat correct upto the mark and somewhat accurate but everyone has its own cons and pros if you want to know about your back link then Google webmaster tool is the best but if you want to have a look on the competitors than webmeup and majestic seo is another good choice majestic seo gives well and good onpage seo factors that is responsible for creating a havoc in website .... while web me up is best for tracking your day to day activities.
Hey @johno123 you should try WebMeup, Majestic SEO, and Moz tool, Make sure if you want see all data you need to buy these tools. Moz tool is best for my side. Choice is yours
If you need general statistics like # of visitirs, source, actions on website, etc, try clicky - very easy. You can try it for free.
MajesticSEO or ahrefs. The best tools that will give you enough and ACCURATE info! By the way, don't forget that there isn't any tool that can give you 100% accurate data, just to mention!
Hi johno123, Have you tried Follow? Follow download here: is an online toolbar you can exploit for checking websites’ statistics such as amount of traffic, affiliate, SEO, display advertising, contextual advertising, SEM, Tweets, whois data, reverse lookup, and competitors' website names. Follow allows you to see what your competitors are up to online: What they do, who interact with them, etc. I work with the company. You can download it here: http://follow.net/?utm_source=internal Moreover, Follow has something more interesting: News Feed. This lets you see when and where a website is mentioned on the Internet, across other websites, Facebook, Twitter, and more. Follow can be installed as a toolbar on your browser, but you can get access to statistics also on the a web-based platform, too. You can open an account for free with Follow, even though there is the choice to more advanced paid plans. Closely monitoring several sites takes a lot of work, but Follow can be set up in a way you’ll be notified when the sites you want to monitor do anything new online. As I said, there is a free version you can download and install immediately. Go to Follow.net here: http://follow.net/?utm_source=internal, give it a try, and let me know what you think.
