Checking time when file was modified last time

    Hello,

    could anyone help out with checking the time when the file was modified.

    Main idea is to update file with news.txt only if its been 5 minutes or more since last update.

    Thanks for any pointers:)

    Yeah the damn geo-location does that.. its too bad php doesn't have a good encoding detection system otherwise the sites good set the language to what my encoding type is.. instead of my location. All the major sites send me to a chinese version i can't understand.. sometimes I can't even find the english version after that.
