I am using this. Its really good.

 

Thats very good but I dont think that nofollow does not yield any traffic. It actually does yield as if It does not give SEO promotion & search engine indexing but it do give the traffic. ( As an example if I do give link of anything here in Digital Point and the user come here do give traffic to particular site except SEO.

You can use firefox plugin nofollow to highlight nofollow link as red.
