checking PDF's indexed in Yahoo! - not working?

Im trying to check how many PDF files there are indexed on a specific domain in Yahoo!
The advanced search has an option to select the filetype, but that returns all the pages, not just the pdf's.
I also tried filetype:pdf , originurlextension:pdf and feature:acrobat (found these searches via google) but they don't work.

Is the filetype search just broken, or is there another way to do this??

Any reason why you have the pages in pdf? Also why Yahoo? Why not check if Google's indexed it? As far as I know some search functions dont really work properly like in google.

This is for documents with product information (like product manuals etc.)
I checked Google as well, but everything I do and monitor I do so for Google, MSN and Yahoo!

    anyone an idea?

I think you should just simplify things and put it on html.
