Checking Joomla version

    Hi,

    Probably a stupid question, but I cannot seem to find the answer.

    How do I check what Joomla Version I have installed?

    When I click help - I get this message: What's New in Version 1.0.0 - is that my version?

    It should show in the footer of your administration screens: log into admin then have a look at the bottom... this is the case with the default admin template at least.

    I think it says the version at the top right of the admin screen if I remember right.

    the best way is looking at your footer of your admin page
