    I want to know how to check if the Backlink and content on Web 2.0 properties are indexed by Google and if not then how to make it happen?

    You can check that a site or backlink get indexed or not with the following command
    site:abc.com/xyz.html

    If the first result is your link that it means it get indexed.

    You can get index fast your links with Pinging them on social network.

    Just search with your links in Google search engine with the name of that submission URL, whatever you want to index in Google....If it will display your URL in search engines then it will be indexed else not. .
