Checking competition in google - anyone familiar with exporting with SEOquake?

Trying to compile a list of competitors for a bunch of search terms. SEOquake has a really good export feature that allows you to save the results as a .csv file. The problem is, the values aren't separated by commas, but by semicolons which are causing all the values to be displayed in the same cell  Is there a setting for changing this? If there's a way to export the results directly in to an excel file without having to edit it, it would save me a LOT of time - anyone have any suggestions for this?
