Checking adult sites should be banned..It creates a very bad impression on a kid's mind if somehow he watches it...Do you all agree??

Adults can decide for themselves what they want to see, children should be regulated by their parents and teachers.
Teenagers will want to look at smut and always have done, long before the invention of the internet.

I agree in principle, yet where do you draw the line. What else should be banned! Gambling, selling, marketing!

You also have the challenge of International legislation, with each country having their own rules.
