Checkboxes syncing with Text Fields...Need Javascript Coder

    Here is the page I'm working on: http://www.flicknote.com/temp/form.html

    All I am trying to do is get the corresponding checkboxes to "tick" when a user enters text into the corresponding checkbox. If they delete the text from the text box the corresponding checkboxes would "untick."

    I have everything working except for when a user deletes the text from the text field. Checkbox #1 "unticks" but Checkbox #2 does not "untick."

    I have tried everything I can think of.
