Check your Transaction REport, mine is not working properly

    My Earning Transaction Report delivered it last report on 13:07 PDT 16th September 2008.

    And it is now almost 10 hours passed, but there is no new earning reflected on my account. I usually get couple of leads to my account every hour.

    I have checked all my landing pages and the links, everything is working fine.

    So, are you having the same problem as well ?

    Well, I can't see any reports before the day ends.

    After 6-7 hours of the second day, I can get the correct reports.

    My lead earnings are updated every hour.. and i am doing three lead advertising, so it can not be that after 11 hours i do not get any of them.. it just not very normal.

    Still waiting for CJ support to reply me.. I hope they do not cheat on my earning.

    I just implemented a new split test, I just assumed that It sucked, but I just realized MY last update was 11:45 a.m, wtf is going on.

    there is definitely a problem with the cj right now.. Let's just hope it's only a reporting error.. I hope all sales/leads are still counted.

    Yes, i have sent an email to them.. and i have decided to stop all my advertising at the moment to avoid any loss of unnecessary cost. Below is my email to the customer service:

    One more thing come to my awareness is that the quick stats shows the recent click and impression amount but there is not lead generated:

    So, i believe the system has our sale or lead record, just that it did not appear as lead or sale yet (hopefully).

    Whatever, i will update more when the customer service reply to me.

    Everybody, please confirm here whether your statistic is showing the latest update.

    Why would you stop the ads? If it's just a reporting delay, you will lose all the commission you make from that time til now.

    keep your ads running has no extra cost to you.

    But it has been 16 hours since the last update. And no support tell us anything about the reporting delay.

    Have you experienced before such problem?

    It's the middle of the night. CJ client support works Mon-Fri, 6am - 8pm EST.

    And yes, it looks like reporting has been delayed since the 13:00 PDT hour of yesterday.

    Good that you confirm the delay.. i guess it is just a normal delay. I will then continue my advertising effort.. hopefully everything is good..

    btw, what is the time now in EST?

    i am on EST, it's now 8:22 am.

    yes, I have the same issue as you do. My earnings for 16th is 20% of my average day.

    There are no sales reported even after 24 hrs now? almost, well. This sucks, all my money on PPC was totally wasted.

    I called into CJ this morning as I was having the same problem. They assured me that they are aware of the issue and it's just a reporting error.

    Maybe it is a delay of CJ , I also contact with CJ just now , still wating for thire reply.
