that means you need to one thing You need to take of the No of pages in Google and Yahoo factor from as there are some good sites which have less than 50 pages Also all the site's would not have 100's of pages like BBC or any other directory!
It show me PagePower Score: 2.38 for one of my directory It shows 0 backlinks (have backlinks there) Checking others soon.
My site also is seen as 'no backlinks', but yahoo gives 2000 backlinks to my domain and 31000 for the whole site (excluding internal links obviously). Google gives mainly internal links if you look for links to my domain name, so I guess that's where the result comes from (I can't find how you can tell google to exclude links from your own site, not even in advanced search)

Congrats for the great tool Loredan! I think you should make a membership system, if you want to check unlimited domains you have to register.. Or something similar would be great.
