Yeah this was great...LOL Here's what my "future" Page rank will be:

It must be all this SEO stuff I've been learning about here

Can someone explain this? I know I'm not very good at math, but I didn't think I was that bad...

 

hehe...what happens is that all the formulae calculated are 5.1111...5.23456... etc but Google truncates to the absolute eg 5 but rustys tool is calculating the theoretical extrapolation of your movements [ahem] and so if you were 5.1 for example you would now be 5.43456 an increase of 6.56%

but it still is 5.

This has been exhausted, it isn't 100% accurate.

 

not only is it not 100% accurate, the numbers it gives are completely random and arbitrary and not based on any real data at all

This tool is really only a bit of fun - the problem with maths and predictions is that you can make figures do anything you want - it all depends on how you play it.

Here the problem is predicting the dampening effect needed to "calm" the rise in PR and the extrapolation forward.

I would guess it works in reverse too - I think I would rather have the possible 10 than the other.

 

He could use Yahoo backlinks that are way more accurate and updated than Google, retrieve the PR of those backlinks and give you your "Future PR". Anyway, that would be a very complicated process envolving tons of data a lots of cpu power.

Anyway, for some of my websites it is pretty accurate, for others it is somewhat wrong, but only shows flutuations of 1 PR point, not like i've read here from PR3 to PR10.

So, links are for sale from this page also.

 

I did a check on my site, which is PR 2. Despite hundreds of new reciprocal links, and many high PR links, your tool still shows I'll be given a PR 2 on update. Interesting. I don't see how you can make such a tool, when Google will not even accurately report links back to my site. Sorry to say, but I have to say the tool, is, well - useless.

 

I'm bursting with PR10's. Looks like I might be getting that villa after all.

 

According to that tool my site will jump from a 4 to a 6 which a find hard to believe but we shall see.

for me it only shows pr0 or pr4..
