check web update

anyone here who knows a utility which sends/notify user an email if certain website updates so that you don't need on checking the site everyday

Thanks for the response, ill check that out but actually what im looking for is a utility wherein i enter URL and check if the site updates and hence will notify me via email. Ill be using like in job sites wherein ill be notify if new jobs wehere posted or something like a site that doesnt support newsletter and hence ill be checking the site day to day so what im looking is a tool that i dont need to check it everyday but instead notify me if there is changes via email.
