Check users download quota

    Hi, it's very simple again.
    I need a PHP code that checks how much GB an IP has downloaded. Every hour the quota will be reset. If you exceed the quota you get a ban for 24 hours.

    How are you storing the quote ie in a mysql database or txt file?
