Check US Targetted Ads from Search Network if You're Not from US?

Hey guys,

Is there a way to check US only based ads if you're not located in the US?

The thing is I want to check out my competitors for a certain keyword but I know they're only targeting US customers so their ads don't show up when I do a search since I'm not in the US.

Might be a stupid question but I'm an Adwords newbie

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This is my favorite extension for firefox:

Better still, just go to Google. Submit your keyword. At the end of the resulting url in your browser add "&gl=us" and hit enter. You will only get USA results and ads. Use other Google country codes to do other countries as well. I imagine the "gl" stands for geographical location.
