Selling Check this web design membership site out..great concept!

This is a newer site but a great concept. The site collects ads for people looking for web designers from all over the US and Canada. Web designers can visit the site and view the ads but if they want to send the person looking to hire a designer a message they have to be a member of the site which is $9.95 per month. Think of all the web designers, logo designers, SEO guys, and hosting companies that would love to be able to email over 1k different people info about their company. Even if you get one job per year from the site it would more than pay for itself.

This is a very big market when you consider how many people there are looking for design jobs. The site is fully automated from the listings to signing up members. I just finished the site and it does need a little more TLC but a great idea and with some marketing on some of the forums it would be easy to get sign ups. The site currently has 1100+ design jobs listed. All are real jobs. The database of email addresses alone for 1100 people looking for a design is worth the asking price of $85.

 

who posts jobs? and do they need membership as well?

 

The jobs are collected from a few different sources but there is no fees to post jobs. Only the contact page is restricted

does it have cron job functionality in effect or the ads will have to be put manually ?
