It is cleaver and looks good but I am not sure it will increase your click through rate (I hope I am wrong) I just can not seeing many people clicking refresh on your site, and if they went from one page to another then back are they really going to notice that the images have changed?

Like I said I hope I am wrong and it does look good,

 

i think it looks great.. even if it doesn't increase CTR it just makes your page look more lively.
