Having bidvertiser and Adsense on the same page is against Adsense ToS, I think.

 

ok, can you tell me which ads to remove or row so that it can load fast on browser.

 

I do not have idea whether running both adsense and bidvertiser ads on same page is against Adsense ToS. Let me should I remove bidvertiser.

If it not a file size problem, is it your server. Your server is not good.

You should remove the bidvertiser ad to avoid being banned by Adsense.

You could consider removing the ad at top left. Not the best of positions for an ad and is distracting too.

 

Do you mean it distracts users from other contents on site? If it is then it must be a good position as users will distract from content and click on the ads. I have read in the adsense optimisation reports that top left is the most revenue generation area. What do you suggest?

Loading at reasonably speed. First impression - too crowded with contents. Header image need improvement.
I usually read and click ads at the right side. I think the adsense ads position is okay.

For one thing, you could use a better logo. Another thing that struck me was the amount of 'whitespace' you have in between postings. I would reduce it by at least 50%.
