I built this unofficial fan site for the group Mindless Behavior so she can learn to earn money online for the summer, but now that school is back in session she doesn't have time to run it anymore so that is why I am selling it.

Here is some info on this group. Mindless Behavior or MB is a teen music and dance group that is very popular with teens. Based on the Google Keyword Tool [Mindless Behavior] gets 368,000 EXACT LOCAL hits.

Our Site is rank #3 right underneath the bands official page for the keyword "Mindless Behavior Pics" which is great for a site that has only been online for about 6 months. The domain is mindlessbehaviorpics.com which is easy for teens to remember and is an EMD.

We didn't do much as far as monetization since it was more of a a fansite than a way for my daughter to get rich. We have monetized it using Adsense, and a few offers on CJ. But i am sure CPA offers will do well on as well.
