Check site traffic

I found this site at the internet (http://checksitetraffic.com/) and I was wondering where it gets it's statistics from. Does anyone know an answer for this?

 

I was wondering also where do they get the unique visits per day.

 

That is a bs website, that is not the actual traffic, just a guess.

 

How do they guess it then? Using Alexa rank or so?

 

possibly maybe pagerank + alexa rank + incoming links
ect.

There is an increasing number of websites providing tools like this just to get traffic oon their own, but they are certainly only guessing using algorithms.

 

I don't think this web site provides the exact details about the traffic and it's just the wild guess what it makes.
I tried checking my sites traffic and all the stats given by this site is of no use and is false.

 

Well in my opinion, I think this website has it's own algorithm where they get the data from various data centers, but I'm not saying that the result they provide is accurate.

 

i think that no one can knoe exatly the another traffic sites. i dont think its realy true results.
