Check Present And Last PR Before Update

Can anybody guide me on how to check The PR before last update in October

 

I have a project on hand where i need to know whats was the PR of my clients site before the last update.

 

Build a time machine - easy

Its telling me just the present PR. I want the PR associated with the site before the last PR update

 

I checked our site and it goes back months - probably cos I'm a subscriber.
