Could it not be possible that one person approved the account and three years later someone else closed it. You know maybe google has more then one person running adsense.

I had other ads there before adsense and replaced them with adsense ads.

This , if it related to AdSense, is enough to get you knocked out. And you know it because you read the TOS.

    Google's Cache of the website...

"Please click an advertisement below to help keep this site in operation" is very faint - almost not visible. Clearly a trick. You shouldn't have it there in the first place as it is against TOS.

What part of the site was approved with that on it did you not understand? How is that a trick if no one can see it? I had emailed google several times to get my site approved, part of the emails was that I was removing the old ads and placing the adsense ads in their place.

LOL well that's not going to happen. He hasn't violated any of our rules as far as I'm aware. Mind you, making "having read and understanding the AdSense TOS" a DP rule wouldn't be a bad idea :D

ibypass - Adsense might have sent you an email. As far as I know for such things they first warn you & ask you to remove such things like you had above your ad. Secondly, theres no point in keeping such words when they are invisible. This can well be considered as "Hidden Text" which is against Google. I am 100% sure they might have warned you....You acted smart & careless...

what if he ask ppl to click his Ads in other forum? It is against TOS but hard for google to find out.
One of my friend post on some chinese forum claim a his site provide movie download and ask peolpe to click on his Ads to download movie(his page is in english so those chinese doesn't know what's going on and click it anyway). he net $1000+ in 3 days and google doesn't do anything to him

yea, but he only do it on one forum. his CTR is around 80%. I know he could not do it everyday. However, like once in month is already good income

Can I ask a question related to this website, sort-of on topic, but not exactly?

This website displays ads over top of other people websites. Outside of the question of whether he was asking people to click on ads, isn't the display of ads like this against TOS? I thought that was the sort of thing that got people running free hosting services kicked out, because the ads were being shown over other websites.
