Googles index is hammered with full page duplicate type listings for "Submit Article" and a few others.

Big time, who wouldn't want to rank for all 10 positions for a couple of pages. :D

Old news. The algo doesn't work like they say it does; probably never did.

That's because you did not take a look at page 4 of the results

These are high end journals for submission to the national library of medicine, which is the largest collection of biomedical articles in the world. So I guess it seems sort of normal to me that these highly authoritative sites would rank this high.

    When i did the search the /manuscript/ links are taking the #1 #2 #5 & #6 positions. & Then more after #13

Why give relevant results when you can make money off relevant ads?

-> Note the ads on the right side. One of which has a display url having the YOUR in all caps, which i didn't think was allowed (but that's a diff story)

I noticed all the domains resolve to the same IP, so obviously it would take rocket science to get rid of them

If you reverse the IP back it resolves to biomedcentral (.com) & take a look here:

    http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&q=biomedcentral.com&btnG=Search

Why this has been moved from Google to Reviews i'll never know, it's about multiple listings in the Google index for some site that appears to be a glitch.

I guess if anyone wants to review Google while it's here go for it.

Trichnosis, the error starts on page 3 for "Add Articles" http://www.google.com/search?q=Submit+Article&hl=en&pwst=1&start=30&sa=N

Also page 4, all 10 listings are the same http://www.google.com/search?q=Submit+Article&hl=en&pwst=1&start=40&sa=N

Then page 6 has 5 out of the 10 results. So in total there's 28 results.
