well, obviously you need a little promotion to get users coming. My suggestions re: design is to fix the header logo, what made you decide to use Strike-though font? I can't read the line of text below it either. What's up with your keywords too? Maybe you should try to go after some keywords that you actually have a chance ranking on.
Actually i am using SMF, those keywords are default... and anyways i've net yet started the SEO part. I just wanted to show it toyou people first... Anyways thanks for the suggestion.
Very appealing look and interesting graphics. I love the interactive menu and color choices. However I don't see anything horribly appealing about this site otherwise. Might i suggest you release a monthly e-zine hosted on a non-forum page to attract users. It would take alot of work, but would get easier over time.
Instead of just saying nice or bad, could you guys give me suggestions on improvement of that website?
I think you should change the background color, it is not easy to view the content. The background of login form is black and i don't like it.
simple layout but too simple. need more improvement on color scheme. the color is too monotone. try using more attractive color scheme.
Nice forum and design is unique and attractive.Specially i like the navigation menu and header portion.Goodluck in promoting it.
Yeah, sorry, i meant just some kind of online magazine/blog. It's not necessary though, you just need something to bring a spark of life to this site, you need a way to sell it to users.
Phew... Finally someone said it. Took me a helluva time to decide a good name. By the way any suggestions to improve, or rather gain traffic?
it looks really cool. my question is though, why would people visit this forum instead of more specific forums catered to their specific discussion topics? If you're able to overcome that, you'll have a good site. Also, consider just making it "virtual cafe" instead of "virtual cafeteria" - at least for Americans, "cafe" has a much more sophisticated connotation than "cafeteria", which evokes memories of crappy school lunches
The overall look is good - it loads fast, clean and modern on the eye. I agree that it needs more content, even if its just twenty of your friends talking to eachother. I know its new and the content will come, but its a bit of a Catch-22: No content means no visitors, and no visitors means no content! My advice is to get a bunch of people you know to start talking about different topics (coffee should definitely be one)
