You need to do proper keyword research before you waste time on building backlinks. "SEO offers" is a non-competitive term that receives 73 exact searches per month. I show you ranking #7, which gets an average of 3.41% click through rate. That means you could expect (2) visitors a month from that exact search. Even a #1 ranking would only bring (1) visitor a day. Ranking for keyword terms that no one searches for or targets is easy - try doing you method on a keyword that is even mildly competitive.

ALl the best with your strategy. P.S: Submitting to press release sites get you no advantage in terms of SEO. Matt cutts has clearly revealed that. If you are providing services, ensure that you do what really counts and stop cluttering the web with link, links and more links.
