http://www.proxystar.net/ - I only saw PSAs, no adsense ads and when looking at a site proxied the text colour wasn't nice... red? The stripes on the background weren't nice to look at either. Otherwise, I like the blue. http://www.ratethephoto.com/ - "You have already rated this!" but I hadn't yet rated her. http://www.recipeclub.info/ - Did I miss the navigation menu or isn't there one? Catergorise the recipes and provide navigation for that... Good luck.
Yes, recipeclub needs more navigation, and I would also suggest a new header. I'm not too sure why but I really don't like the current one.
