Theme looks very nice. You are missing a good logo and put some side bars on the righ to create some balance between the theme.
I hate the "looks great, keep up the hard work" review so here's my two cents....... For some reason the site is on the left of my screen when viewed in Firefox on a Mac. "enter keywords here" ? um does that mean search? Outside of people with websites, who knows what a keyword is? learn to use rel=no follow on your outgoing links, some of them can actually be cut out completely. "WP Super Cache!" <-- in footer, hidden text? (blends with background) I would change your content on the donate page. Tell your readers that you are suffering from something bad like a shortage of beer or munchies. Actually search around, some people actually make money on their donate page. Your about page might be a good place to sell the benefits of adding your feed.
I think that your theme is a little boring, mainly the color scheme. I would also try and monetize it in more ways. You should be building a mailing list, too.
Thanks for the help so far guys, as for a theme... I'm still trying to find a good free one that will go with the gaming theme. I agree the one I picked is a little boring at the moment. Once I have some more time I will probably look a little harder for a new theme.
Have you checked your site on a higher resolution?? It is left aligned. I would suggest you to make it center align.
Yes, it looks horrible in higher resolution... I just have no idea how to change the alignment of the entire thing.
Your site is fine, I see that you don't post everyday so you should make a consistent program to post on your site. Shortly try to make at least 1 post everyday, because Google "loves" fresh content
I'm using FF on windows viewing resolution of 1280 x 800 and the display + layout looks ok to me without distortion. I think what is clearly missing right now is a logo to identify your site and of course more content is needed to help on search engine ranking.
I'll 2nd this. On one of my 20 blogs that I post on at least once a day I find that Google will index the page within a couple of minutes, some of my others can take a day or so. It's nice to publish a post and get traffic without having to wait.
