As evidence, I would like for you to look at a site I did by hand, i had it with the WYSIWYG before, but I was so pumped at my knew knowledge of HTML and CSS I redid it a week later by hand. The site breaks the frame of my browser, with a screen resolution set at 1024X768. It looks like the site was designed for 1280x1024. The majority of people use 1024X768 - so that should be what the site is designed for. It looks like your using html code to resize the images - which is not good. Meta description is a little long All you really need is something like
