Check one URL instead of Check ALL on Keyword tracker

    I have a few sites I am tracking on hte keyword tracker. Somtimes I would like to check one of the sites. Is there a way to do this? When I click on Check All it tells me that it will take a while ask if I am sure that I want to do this. This makes me think that there is a way just to check one of the sites. If this is true can anyone tell me how to do this?

    It's not possible (other than doing them each individually). Check All does just that (checks all).

    You can click on the keyword itself from the list (or the URL if you are in the back link tracker screen).

    When I do that I get a pop up with all nearby sites in the SERPs. I assume thta this click also prompts an update for that word?

    I guess you want to give the latest surrounding URLs so you update it at the same time or vice versa.
