The first thing that caught my eye was what looked like a tag cloud- an obsolete attempt at navigation/SEO that died a natural death years ago. I don't think that your "How Can We Help" box with a bunch of different-sized letters is helpful at all- it is distracting and might work towards negative conversions. It is also a little unclear how to navigate your site. The icons at the top are not immediately recognizable as a menu. Visitors could assume they are just eye candy and ignore them. The style of the webside is certainly creative, but I am not sure how targeted it is towards business-people. To be truthful, some of the design elements made me think it was a children's site. If the site targets business people, consider showing people in business settings. It's a nice design, but there's something very important missing: CONVERSIONS. The design does little to nothing to move the visitor towards a conversion, which for your site would be signing up for a service you offer or contacting you. If I click on "How to make a website" on your home page, it tells me how to do it myself. So, why do I need you at all? Also, when I read that particular page, it's just a blog page with a bunch of additional posts in the sidebar. This does nothing to make me want to contact you.
