I designed this site around 50 days ago.

Actually i edited a free template, because i am not so good with web design.

All i wanted is to help

Please check it and give me your suggestions

Colors are horrible, you need a color scheme. Top image is low quality and looks bad. Navigation text color doesn't fit in and the font is too big. Did you make this for blind people? LOL

Logo color is horrible too. No offense. The pictures on the bottom look good though and the blue header font is good. Standardize your colors and replace that awful butterfly image with a nice looking image or banner.

Sorry, I didn't mean to be mean / rude. I think the images you're using could be framed a little better perhaps put in a box or something. Or even a nice border around them would make them look way better.

Make navigaton links a tad smaller and if possible, just fade that image in the background. It distracts more than anything. Make it a little lighter.

You have a lot of blue and white on the page but the top image is standing out way too much. Usually I match navigation link colors to my banner / top text area if I have one. *** Current color might be okay if the background image in navigation is faded*** and if the top image wasn't so bright and distracting.


Hope this makes sense.

 

the site looks good. the only thing i would recommend is:

1) fill in the left column with additional content/graphics.
2) add some script to view the high quality graphic images.

otherwise looks good.

I am planing to start a contest here in 10-20 days for a new professional looking website
I hope it wont cost much
