    it was quite slow the first time but when i tried again it was ok .. maybe it was my isp problem

    No its not the problem of ur ISP .. but this thing happens ..
    When first time the site loads it saves the images in the browser cache.
    therefore when second time u send the page request to server it only chks for necessary updates and loads small dynamic items only .. rest of all like images are taken from the browser cache..
