    Hi friends,

please check my site's homepage's complete loading time.
i have lotzaa image on my site. all images are images also getting loaded from these different servers :-
1.hosting with dedicated ip on 100mbps port
    2.photobucket
    3.imagecave
    4.normal blogger image upload

i am workin on a dial up internet.. so usually here my site loads quite slow..
i want to know how much time the site take to load on different internet connection.

plz open my site and tell me the time taken to load the site completely. if u hav any time take to load site calculation software/browser addon then it will be gr8. if not then try to use a normal clock/watch or a stopwatch to count the seconds/minutes..

plz send here ur calculated time details with ur Internet connection speed detail also..
all kinds of suggestion for optimizing the site are welcome.

    site : www.asciizone.in

Over 2 minutes with ISP from Asia then it just kept waiting and waiting but my ISP is very bad so not good for results but I did think it was going to fully load then it just seemed to go into wait mode, and failed to complete the full home page

    thanks for reviewing..
...thats a very poor result .. i hv to check it out which item in the blog is eating up more time..

i want some more reports from other reviewers... it will help me optimizing my site well...

in the meantime i found some of my mistakes.. the directory reciprocal links at the very bottom of site are having images direct from their servers.. i will transfer the images to blogger now.. also now i m thinking of reducing the no. of posts in homepage to 1 currently from 3.. so that it will display a max of 10 images only..

but first .... waiting for some more reviews..

:) .. atleast the site is functioning OK outside India..
thanks nyunyu & Thir13teen for the reviews ..
ur internet speeds are very fast ..

this site is mainly indian visitor targeted ..
here the average broadband speed varies from 256 kbps to 2 mbps ...
i got complaints from some of my site visitors about slow loading of pages...

i want some Indian reviewer who can review my site in internet speed of anything between 256kbps to 2 mbps ...
if not then i will check it myself on monday from my college's broadband line.
thanks to all you for ur reviews :)

Thanks to all of you for ur honest reviews ..

I just few hours ago applied the mod_deflat() for my apache based server.. it is used for http compression .. i guess site is loading up little faster ... but at a cost of CPU usage .. anyways i gt a dedicated IP .. so there will not b any trouble to other sites in server.. now I am planning to move all of my photobucket images to my hosting server.

In India i asked some of my friends .. they said they are getting 30 - 60 sec. for full loading in 256 kbps connection ..

    so the conclusion ..
average site load up in faster connection(mainly outside India) . 25 sec.
In India at around 256 kbps connctn - upto 1 min ..

and in my own dial up -- uffffff For first time loading it takes approx 4 min.. after then frm nxt time it takes 1 min due to browser caching.

Now i will try to make the site load in 15 sec. in 2mbps connction.

Thanks again to all of you .

your using photobucket to host some of the images? I wouldnt suggest that, once you get to a certain bandwidth photobucket basically deletes your images
